Meet Our Founder

Tiffany Brown-Davis, of Mount Vernon, NY is a Mother, Wife, Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Mentor and Coach. Tiffany is a proud Clark Atlanta University Alumni, where she received her Bachelors in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master's in Social Work.

Throughout her undergraduate matriculation Tiffany realized her passion for community and volunteerism, and made it an effort to contribute to organizations such as The CAU Tri-State club, The Wild Flower Club, as well being an active member in the NAACP CAU Chapter.  She continued her passion off-campus with at The Genesis Shelter for women and children and within the Atlanta Public schools.

After Graduation Tiffany continued to mentor youth within other organizations and started her career in the Community Mental Health sector advocating for families and children. There, she  noticed a void for youth opportunities that combated the exposure of negative images, environments and adversities impacting the futures of our young girls.

In 2013 she acted on that need and Founded The Young Belle Project, Inc, a mentoring and developmental program for girls throughout Atlanta, Ga.  Tiffany describes her vision as "The Greatest discovery of all time is that a person can change her future by merely changing her attitude." It is with this thought in mind that she has become an advocate for expanding the definition of Girl Power by encouraging girls to change their perspective on life, by merely understanding themselves and the gifts instilled in them.

Tiffany is a strong believer that if you sow a seed it will eventually grow, it may take a day or it may take ten years, but it will grow." Her mission to Expose, Engage and Empower Young women by providing them with the necessary tools and experiences to prepare them for successful futures and leadership roles, is exercised through pro-girl programs such as Fashion Entrepreneurship, YouTalk Workshops, The Be You Empowerment Conference and collaborations with professionals in various fields offering girls curated engagement experiences.

Her passion and dedication to empowering young women stems from her own experiences and life challenges. She realizes that her triumphs and downfalls have made her into the woman she is today. She understands the struggle of finding one-self in such a conforming world and aims to always find ways to encourage girls to expand their perceptions of themselves. She wants young women all around the world to invest in their gift, because it is the key to their success and the representation of their uniqueness.

Tiffany continues to reside in Atlanta, Georgia with her family and aims to provide young girls with all the essentials to plan out lives they once  thought they could never achieve, or knew was even possible.
